Reservations

Is there a minimum number of days for a reservation?

When booking a camping pitch, there is no minimum length of stay. When booking accommodation in the high season, fixed arrival and departure days apply: Monday, Friday and Saturday. Sunday is our day of rest, therefore arrival on this day is not possible.

Are there fixed arrival and departure days and arrival and departure times?

In high season, fixed arrival and departure days apply for accommodation bookings: Monday, Friday and Saturday.

Arrival times for pitches are between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and for accommodations between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. The departure time for pitches is no later than 12:00, and for accommodations no later than 10:00.

How do I pay for my reservation?

A reservation can be paid by bank transfer, iDEAL or Bancontact. At the campsite, payment can be made by cash, debit or credit card. See our payment terms here.

I have a discount card (SVR card, ANWB Camping Card, ACSI card, CCI card ...), is it valid at the campsite?

At our campsite only the SVR card is valid. This card offers - in low season only - a discount of € 2.50 per night for a standard camping pitch.

Can I also come with a group?

It is certainly possible to come with a group. Various types of accommodation are available at the campsite that can be rented together, such as chalets, hiker's huts and safari tents. In addition, camping spots can also be reserved for groups.

For groups of up to 25 people, it is possible to book in advance in our restaurant for a joint breakfast or dinner. Please contact us for more information on options and availability.

Do you have RV sites or pitches suitable for camper vans?

The campground has 4 paved RV pitches, located on the north side of the campground, near the main entrance. All facilities and sanitary facilities are therefore close by here. The camper pitches have grass tiles, which provides a natural look, yet a solid surface. There are also picnic tables near the RV pitches. Furthermore, there is a water tap for RVs.

Can or should I specify a preferred pitch when booking?

It is not mandatory to choose a preferential pitch and pay preference fees. If you want to be sure of a specific pitch or the location of an accommodation, we recommend booking with preference. There is an additional charge for booking with preference. If no preference has been given for a location or camping pitch and no preference fee has been paid, we can change the location within the same type of accommodation or camping pitch. This means you may get a different spot than you originally chose.

How do I know if there is availability in the short term?

Reservations are highly recommended in high season, as the campground is often fully booked during vacation periods and holidays. Booking on the website allows you to view availability at the campground in real time. Therefore, if no more options are open, unfortunately there is no more space on your chosen dates.

When will the travel information be sent?

The reservation confirmation is sent immediately after making the reservation. Once the payment for the stay has been made, a first information email follows about 2 weeks before the arrival date (please note that it may end up in the Spam box). A few days before arrival a second e-mail will be sent with the latest information.
